HistoryLake Charles Instruments, Inc. (LCI) is a manufacturing, distribution and service company specializing in liquid measurement, servicing pipeline, production and refining customers world wide who buy and sell liquid materials through meters. Our philosophy has always been to provide our customers with outstanding quality products and service. This attitude towards our customers has remained unchanged for over 31 years.
LCI was established in 1977 as a service and repair company for metering equipment along the Louisiana Gulf Coast. As the company grew in sales and service so did its marketing territory. In 1987, LCI expanded by manufacturing liquid meter parts. As a result of this growth from manufacturing, in 1994 the company relocated to its present (50,000 square foot) facility.
In 2004, LCI became a distributor for Liquid Controls Group, a manufacturer of high quality flow meters and accessories. LCI’s recent expansion is in the global marketplace. We have a strategic alliance with Neftemer, Ltd., a Woodbridge based company in the UK that manufactures a multi-phase meter. Read news release…
